Compassionate,  creative therapy.

I am trained in Art Psychotherapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) with extensive knowledge around trauma and psychological processes. I have over seven years experience in the NHS working with parents, children and adolescents and more recently have begun private work with adults. I work psychodynamically and relationally, with a person-centred, intersectional and anti-oppressive approach. This means I offer a compassionate, curious space to work on the issues that matter to you, whilst holding in mind wider societal factors such as minority stress and systemic oppression. “Psychodynamic” refers to thinking about the dynamics within ourselves and also between ourselves and others. I also include somatic approaches and the body in therapy where this feels safe and helpful to do so.

If you struggle with sensitivity, a harsh inner critic, strong emotions, anxiety and/or tension between different aspects of yourself, and are looking for a creative approach to therapy, book a free 20 minute initial chat or low cost taster session.
